Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ATMP.in, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We put all our efforts to ensure that you receive Atreyapuram putharekulu of the highest quality and on time. As this is a food product, any cancellations to the order must be made before the order is sent for shipping to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product has been shipped. Cancellation of orders must be requested by email with the subject: “Cancellation Request” and sent to Hello@atmp.in.
Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:

Delivery is delayed: While we try our best to get the Atryapuram Putharekulu delivered to you as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. If the sweet gets spoiled during delivery, we will process the refund; otherwise, no refund will be given.

You didn’t like the sweet: Taste is subjective. We cannot issue refunds just because you did not like our sweet.

You unrolled the Puthareku: Putharekulu is meant to be eaten as a whole and should not be opened before consumption. Refunds will not be processed if the product is unrolled.
Refunds in case of incomplete orders:
At ATMP.in, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth experience with every purchase of our authentic Putharekulu. In the rare case a refund is sought for incomplete orders, the following policy applies:

Refunds will only be processed if a complete unboxing video of the received product is submitted.

Additionally, clear photos showing all six sides of the product box must be provided.

These measures are essential for us to assess the condition and authenticity of the returned item.

Failure to provide the required video or photos may result in denial of the refund.
